I just got back from the Boston area where I was able to attend a workshop to learn more about one of my favorite products, Constant Contact (CC). When I had my retail business a few years ago, the product features in CC not only kept me top of mind with my customers, I was able to work more efficiently and save time to focus more in other areas of my business; plus, it wasn’t a big investment. This week’s workshop gave me the opportunity to meet members of the CC team, learn about some amazing new product features and integrations, as well as spend time with business owners who offer services similar to mine. (I just love collaboration!) When I think back 25 years ago, I used to be nervous about driving from South Florida to Orlando without another adult and this trip had me flying solo to a town I had never been in and experiencing my first Uber ride. I noticed how energized I felt to get out of my space and seize the moment. I am fired up for more adventure, learning, and fun…s’more please!
